As an Automation Tester, you will understand how to thrive within agile cross-functional teams and ensure the team build quality in.  You are passionate about continuous improvement and confident collaborating with developers and in the wider testing community.  You are skilled as a hands-on tester within the team and working cross-team in developing and improving test automation infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience of testing within an agile, continuous delivery environment
  • Strong knowledge of Java object-oriented language
  • Experience in:
    • Automated testing tools (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, RestAssured, SoapUI)
    • Database Testing
    • Non-Functional Testing (e.g. Performance Testing, Security Testing)
    • Continuous integration tools (Jenkins/Hudson, TeamCity, Maven, Gradle)

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience and familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) would be great, but we’re happy to teach what is needed.
