In this role you work within the IT and Infrastructure team to assist with the smooth running of the company’s computer systems. As a System Administrator you will work with IT Team in keeping the company’s data and systems safe and ensuring the Development Teams have all the right access to all the right tools at the right times. You’ll also help troubleshoot problems, and diagnose issues relating to any IT tasks with the other great teams in the company including sales, finance, consulting, HR and project management.

  • Required Skills and Experience:
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrable analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated team player with a keen attitude towards taking responsibility
    • Knowledgeable in areas including
    o A good understanding of basic networking
    o Software, Hardware and Licensing
    o Security and Resilience
    o Windows Administration

 

  • Desired Skills and Experience:
    • Experience with
    o Linux Administration
    o Databases (Oracle, Postgres or Microsoft SQL Server)
    o Cloud infrastructures (e.g. AWS)
    o A strong appreciation for automation
    o Virtual Machine Technologies
    o Anti-virus/malware management
